How to deliver the goods to you?

a. You can select DDP trade terms, which is the easiest way, we ship the goods by sea and the goods will arrive to your warehouse. You just need to assist the forwarder to make the customs clearance.

    • You can tell us your preference for fragrance, then we can send you different smell samples for your choice based on your requirements.

  • Do US Market Can Import Any Kinds Of Wax From China?

    • The Answer Is No. Paraffin wax is not allowed to sell to the United States if import from China, but there is no such concern if you import from other countries. The anti-dumping 108% is only for Chinese suppliers. In order to avoid the paraffin wax residues be accidentally filled into the USA order, we use different wax melting ovens to melt different types wax like soy wax, coconut wax, palm wax and paraffin wax. 

  • What Special Requirements Needed If You Sell In European Market?

    • And if you are a European buyer, there are certain regulations to follow, like CLP label, product SDS and REACH.

  • How To Find The Right Scents For Your Market?

    • a. You can order the scents from our ready to ship items and we will make the smell tins for your selection.
      b. You can choose from our scent library, we have 200 scents which have been tested and can be applied to your collection and will be updated each season. You will prepare the smell tins and send to you.
      c. The other way is you mention the scent notes you prefer, like floral, spicy, woody, ocean, fruity etc., and we will ask the perfumer to create the unique scent for your market. It takes more time since we need to make different types of tests to make sure the scents are perfectly combined with our formulations. 

  • Are The Fragrance Imported?

    • We have different fragrance labs to choose from. Most of them are IFRA members and their headquarters are based in Swiss, Germany, France, UK and USA. Most of them have plants in China, it can save a lot of time on transportation. And if there is a quality issue on fragrance, the problem-solving time can be shortened a lot. Although we can do fragrance importing but we don’t recommend.
